Simmons Farm

We went to Simmons Farm in McMurray, PA today (about 45 minutes from Pittsburgh) to pick some fresh fruit.

They also had a fenced off area with chickens, goats, and a pig where you could go in the gate and play with the animals. Here Cody and Steve are posing for me.

The little goats were so cute and friendly. Kylee isn't so sure about the idea, but Cody liked petting them.

Then we started picking peaches. Half a bushel (one box) is $21.

Kylee and I just had a photo shoot. We left most of the work to the boys :)

You have to take the opportunity to take pictures when your kids pose like this. I couldn't resist.

The land was gorgeous. The drive to the farm was beautiful too.

We decided to get a half a bushel of apples also (about $12)

Cody and his fresh picks.

Our happy little farmer family.
