Steve and I worked soooo hard on the house getting it ready to be photographed and put on the market. We would roll out of bed early, get the kids dropped off at a friends, and work until we fell into our bed at night.
Our very good friends, the Ladle's, showed up the Saturday before we moved with a bunch of furniture, drapes, bedding, paintings, chairs, and advice to help us stage the house. You know the saying "he'd give the coat off his own back." Well, they gave the dust ruffle off their own bed.
Thanks to them and all those who helped out with the kids we were able to transform our house in a matter of days.
When the photographer showed up we were still finishing up the kitchen (our last room to clean!) We had her take pictures of the exterior and the rest of the house while we finished up. After the photographer left we handed our keys to the realtor, picked up our kids from the Ladle's, mopped our floor, locked the door, and started our drive west.

Your house looks so good. No wonder it sold so fast and at asking price. We're excited you guys are out west and hopefully our paths will cross soon!! Good luck getting settled!
