Kylee's birthday was a beautiful, sunny day!
We played outside in our little pool, ate cake, and opened presents (everything that Kylee wished for). There were a few things we didn't wish for also (like Steve getting TWO flat tires on the way home from the temple that morning). Luckily, he was safe and the rest of the day was awesome.
First picture clue for the present scavenger hunt...the washer.
A purse from Grandma Tammy and Grandpa Airplane
and sunglasses
As usual, Cody was jumping out of his skin while Kylee opened his present.
A game: Rat-A-Tat Cat. Lots of fun.
Socks! The only thing this girl asked for. Pretty easy to please.
3 Frog and Toad books! Kylee loves these.
Little sister liked the sunglasses too.
Kylee even let me try on her new glasses while I showed off her cute sandals from Grandma Tammy and Grandpa Airplane.
Kylee got a mirror for her purse. Livy loved it too.
The red velvet Strawberry Shortcake birthday cake. It was yummy!
Kylee wanted the piece that said "Kylee" on it.
Then it was time to play in the water!!
Steve helped Livy take charge of the hose and she laughed so hard every time she got them wet.
We had a great day! It was so fun to be together and celebrate having Kylee in our family.
And here is Kylee's Primary Spotlight. She answered all of the questions on her own. She read it out loud all the way through every time she answered a new question. Then she had everyone in the family read it out loud. She was beaming the whole time.
